1/2 Pound of Spring 2024 Honey

Description

Harvested in the Spring of 2024, this wildflower honey has a light floral flavor. We extract honey using a stainless-steel professional grade motorized honey extractor. We slice off the capped wax and spin the frames in the extractor to remove the honey. It is then filtered through a 2-stage stainless-steel mesh filter to remove any residual bits of wax. Our honey is never pasteurized. So, all the good enzymes and vitamins naturally found in honey are not disturbed. Our honey is packaged in recyclable, BPA-free plastic food grade bottles with no drip flip caps.

Our apiary sits about 100 feet away from of a 10-acre pollinator garden. You are welcome to watch our live stream of the very beehives where this honey was produced.
