22 oz glass jar

Description

Harvested in August 2026, this wildflower honey is bottled in a classic 22 oz glass mason jar. We extract honey using a stainless-steel professional-grade motorized honey extractor. We slice off the capped wax and spin the frames in the extractor to remove the honey. It is then filtered through a 2-stage stainless-steel mesh filter to remove any residual bits of wax. Our honey is never pasteurized, so all the good enzymes and vitamins naturally found in honey are not disturbed.

Our apiary sits about 100 feet away from a 10-acre pollinator garden. You are welcome to watch our live stream of the very beehives where this honey was produced.
